Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 5 days without providing any specific reason. This cancellation period starts from the day you received the goods or when a third party you appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

If you decide to cancel your order within this timeframe, we will reimburse you within 5 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original order, and you won't incur any fees for the reimbursement.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the goods meet certain conditions:

1. The purchase of the goods occurred within the last 5 days.

2. The goods are in their original packaging.

3. The product is unused and undamaged.

4. You have the receipt or proof of purchase for the goods.

Certain goods are exempt from being returned, and these include:

1. Goods that were made to your specifications or have been personalized.

2. Goods that, due to their nature, are unsuitable for return, perishable, or have expired.

3. Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

4. Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Please note that only regularly priced goods are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded unless prohibited by applicable law.
